A new innovative design exclusive to Syncroworks Developments, the Land Rover Defender LT77/R380 Slickshift improves gear change by reducing sloppiness and minimising travel, as well as neatening shifts giving smoother gear changes.sshif1
The Syncroworks Development Slickshift is easy to fit and allows you to use your original gear stick.  Within thirty minutes you can have a more modern feeling Defender, with gear selections similar to newer vehicles.
The Slickshift from Syncroworks Developments is a direct replacement for the existing pivot pin. Included in the kit is the custom pivot pin and spacer plates as well as 4 new BZP 8mm bolts. Also included in the kit is a new nylon cup to replace your old worn out one.
For Defender LT77 & R380 ONLY (inc TD5 Defender) You’ll only need a pair of circlip pliers, a screw driver, 17mm, 13mm, and 10mm spanners for fitting. Can be fitted in situ’ within 30 mins. 2 spanner difficulty rating.
