THE WRANGLER SHORTCUT
A Wrangler is shrunk to pay homage to the classic CJ-5 that achieved nearly 30 years of success from 1954-1983.
The Shortcut stands out in a crowd colour drenched in bright red from the red minimalist styled dash, red leather bucket seats with red plaid centres, to matching red 17 inch steel wheels. The infamous grill and bonnet has been restyled for a bolshie look whilst the round wing mirrors and proud rear lights give a nod to the jeeps origins.
The wheelbase is untouched but by trimming just over a foot from the front and back of a standard 2 door Wrangler, losing the rear-mounted tyre, doors and roof it starts to take on that light military iconic look.
The Shortcut is powered by Wranglers standard 3.6ltr engine and five-speed automatic gears, Fox shocks with a two inch lift kit has been added along with Dana front and rear axels making it a simple, capable off roader, true to it’s roots.
Introduces the Hellcat’s 707 of horsepower to a Wrangler with a supercharged 6.2ltr Hemi V-8 engine and 6 speed manual gears topped with a Hellcat logo gear knob a reminder of the power to unleash. The day-glow coloured Trailcat has an extra 12 inches added to the standard Wrangler wheelbase, the windscreen has been shortened and sport bucket seats added to give that off road sport glamour.
A Renegade Pickup stretched an extra 6 inches to give a generous 5ft bed housing the spare wheel. Fitted with a 2ltr diesel engine and 9-speed automatic gearbox it comes with Jeep Active Drive Lock that operates the low range and rear locking differentials. The military beige soft top has a lowered front bonnet, a winch and steel rear bumper underlining the renegade stamped rear lights.
CREW CHIEF 715
A Wrangler Pickup harnessing a 3.6ltr Pentastar engine. This soft top has statement steel front and rear bumpers each fitted with a winch, off road rock slider rails and 40inch Military standard tyres wrapped around 20inch bead locked wheels. Dana 60 front and rear axles fitted with Fox Remote Reservoir shocks and a 4inch lift kit make this ‘tactical’ green coloured vehicle ready for some serious action.
The 1960’s Orange Truck is based on the CJ-5 keeping its original classic steel style with the full length cargo box fitted on a modern 2005 Wrangler chassis. The interior continues the retro theme with a functional dash, vinyl seats, all weather flooring, a CB radio and compass. The 4ltr Special PowerTech engine is fitted with a 3-speed automatic gearbox, other modifications include Dana axles and 17inch white steel wheels to appeal to the farmer and trail blazer alike.
A fluorescent grey Renegade beefed up on a 2.4ltr Tigershark engine with a MultiAir2 and a 9 speed automatic gear box to incorporate the Jeep Active Drive Low. The MySky feature allows the glass roof panels to be removed to ensure full enjoyment of the outdoors whilst the rock slider rails and skid plates make it not just a pretty picture. It also comes with the trailer hitch, front and rear auxiliary lights.
Again built by modifying a Wrangler with a 3.6ltr Pentastar engine and a 5 speed automatic gear box.
Demanding great off road presence with it’s mottled orange camouflage colour, rock sliders, Led lights and major upgrades. Sat on 17inch off-road wheels wrapped in 37inches of rubber, the Trailstorm has a 2inch lift kit fitted with Fox shocks and Dana 44 front and rear axles. A vented bonnet sits atop of high wheel arches and a satin black 7 slotted grill underlined by a winch built into the bumper. Built for storming those trails.
