Hybrid “State Review” Range Rover added to the Royal Garage

The new “state review” Range Rover was showcased last week on it’s first Royal appointment with H.M. the Queen at the presentation of the colours for the Royal Welsh Regiment in Cardiff of which the Queen is the Colonel in Chief.
Engineered by the Special Vehicle Operations division the long wheel base vehicle has a standing platform in the rear and removed roof section for public events.
The vehicle is the fourth State Review 4×4 supplied by the Land Rover group that date back to 1953 with a Series 1 unit. The auto makers were awarded the 2015 Queens award for Enterprise and Sustainable Developments for their operations and products, Land Rover are also the only motor manufacturer to hold all three Royal Warrants from HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Prince of Wales.
